AmumuCounter for Jungle

Amumu requires a lot of mana to clear his jungle. He cannot clear quickly without his . Amumu is countered if you are able to contest and steal his blue buff.

Amumu wants to teamfight after Level 6 when he gets his . Counter Amumu by outpacing him in the jungle, stealing his jungle and dueling him in the early game.

Once Amumu takes his in, he has no way back out. If you are able to create some distance, he has no other way to gap close and all his abilities have minimal range. Trade back damage liberally.

Try to avoid clumping together in teamfights. Amumu counters himself if he misses or lands a bad .

Amumu's has one of the longest cooldowns in the game. While his is on cooldown, it's very difficult for him to fight you or to look for ganks. Counter Amumu by playing aggressively during this time.

Amumu is not very mobile in the jungle. In order for him to get over a wall, he needs a target on the other side. His gank paths are pretty standard. Ward the typical spots and he'll have a difficult time surprising your team.
